Klinkt Beter newsletters are currently based on an opt-out policy. In the future we will also support opt-in.

Inbound Email policy

We will NEVER answer first mails that only inquire about shipping or payment methods without showing any interest in the actual products we carry.

Real email addresses from real ISP's always get a higher reply chance than a free email addresses such as yahoo, hotmail, ...

Inbound Spam policy

We have installed several filters to filter inbound spam while trying to allow normal messages. If you believe mail is not getting through, you can always contact us by phone. See the Contact section of this site.

If you get the following return error:

554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD] blocked using zen.spamhaus.org; http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD

the mailserver if your ISP at IP AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD is being blocked by spamhaus.

Please forward that error to your ISP and explain that they shouldn't be listed in the zen.spamhaus.org RBL. Only they can take action to get removed from this list.

Privacy policy

We will never share your email address or any other personal data with third parties. Your personal data entered when registering as a user on our website is never shared with distributors or any other commercial partners.
